WordPress Import Export plugin provides facility to import hierarchical or nested taxonomies, also known as “parent” and “child” taxonomies.

 

Example

For import multiple hierarchical taxonomies

1 “ Clothing > Men > TShirts”

2 “ Clothing > Men > Hoodies”

there are two hierarchical categories in image. each parent child is separated by “ > ” and multiple categories is separated by “ | ”
