The WordPress Import Export Plugin provides a powerful facility for importing hierarchical or nested taxonomies, often referred to as “parent” and “child” taxonomies. This feature allows for a more organized and structured way to manage categories and subcategories within your WordPress site.
Example
To illustrate how to import multiple hierarchical taxonomies, consider the following examples:
- “Clothing > Men > T-Shirts”
- “Clothing > Men > Hoodies”
