If you are just transfer Content ( like post, Page etc.) Then Use migrate package feature of plugin

It will Export Content + Settings for imports so when you upload zip file for import, it will map field automatically for you

How To Export Migrate package?

Step 1 : Go To YOUR_SITE => WP Import Export => New Export

Step 2 : Click Export With Settings For Import button. You can find button on top of same page

Step 3 : It gives a zip file

How To Import Migrate package?

Step 1 : Go To YOUR_SITE => WP Import Export => New Import

Step 2 : Upload Zip File. (Do not extract zip file. Upload as it is package)

Step 3 : It will map all fields automatically. So just click on next button and import your data
