WordPress Import Export plugin makes easy to possible import to ACF5/ACF Pro, or ACF4.

To import to Advanced Custom Fields, you must have the one of the Advanced Custom Fields plugins linked to in the previous sentence installed and the Advanced Custom Fields extension is active.

Importing to Advanced Custom Fields is the same as importing to normal Custom Fields, except for repeater fields and Flexible Content Field.
